Dr. Carroll and staff are all great! Madison did good today and answered all my questions very well. :-)
Dr. Carrol started off great, then things kept going downhill. Recently had him take over some of my medications, he did tests in office and reduced them way down, we chatted on the portal about increasing them as this dose was not working, then said he wanted me to come back in to discuss further. He really wanted to get paid again and cost me my copay for a 1 minute discussion.
Highly incompetent group of medical providers.
I've seen most of the nurse practitioners and Dr Carrol at various times for both check ups and sick visits. They have always been kind and helpful to me. I feel my care has been handled well. All of the other staff has been kind to me too. I have quite a few health issues and they have always stayed on top of it and taken them seriously which I appreciate.
I originally came here to set up a PCP appointment for my self since I was new to the Knoxville area but I have been back and forth here for allergy shot injections every week and it’s definitely the best care I’ve gotten from doctors and medical staff (I’m a frequent flyer). They are extremely empathetic and timely, and have been VERY compassionate towards their patients and you can tell they care a lot about their clients treatment.
