Their billing department is completely incompetent. My insurance provider was taking a long time to process the claim, so I set up a conference call between Summit billing and my insurance provider. My insurance provider asked the billing department to extend the amount of time before sending the bill to collections, but Summit was unable or unwilling do do so. Pretty terrible location. No one enforcing masking in cramped waiting room. No hand sanitizer out for patients to use. Long wait times. No one took temperature until after I was called into patient room, no one asked about covid symptoms. Doctor was unable to do anything for what I came for, wasted an hour of my time on nothing.
