I had the unfortunate opportunity to spend the day in The UCC 11/17. I was the last patient out. Everyone that I encountered was caring and helpful. Neil and Katie RN tag teamed me because it was so busy and they never missed a beat. Kudos to the UCC team for making me feel like I was their only patient.
