Summit installed a new sink and faucet for us. They were able to come within a day of contacting them, the tech arrived on time,and was courteous and efficient. Price was reasonable. The work was completed quickly and cleanly. Thank you Leland and Summit!
Summit came out to fix a leaky toilet. The tech came out and said he needed to get a $20 part and it was an easy fix. After all was said and done he “rebuilt” my entire tank system and I was charged over $500, that even the tech said he thought was too expensive. I’m not too sure why the option of just getting a new toilet wasn’t given, considering the “rebuild” itself was more expensive than a new toilet would have been. Not impressed at all.
Summit Mechanical is great and professional. They gave a quote which they stuck to even though there were some unforeseen circumstances which made them take longer with our new natural gas and new water heater hookups and installation. They were on-time, professional, and great to work with.
I've been a long time customer and highly recommend them. I called them right away when I bought a different house with boiler heat that I knew nothing about. They came right out, checked everything over and explained how it all worked. I love this company! Thanks for this year's tune up Casey! ♡
