Dr Walsh is the worst Dr I have seen in my 60 years. She lost interest in her patient and job, cold, uncaring, doesn't listen, worst bedmanners. She spend time on her computer while she is with you. She cant be bothered and it shows. My yearly check ups were ridiculous, very brief's and rushed. I highly Unrecommend her

My experience with primary care provider PA Katie Swiezbin has been truly outstanding. She is conscientious, thorough, and patient. She took time to review my EHR prior to my appointment, she asked specific and detailed questions (and listened to my responses!), and in turn she took the time to answer my own questions. She was also highly responsive with respect to the lab work, answering my emailed questions (post in-person visit) in a very timely way. PA Swiezbin is clearly well read and up-to-date on a variety of primary... read more

I received inappropriate treatment for cancer in my ear. I’ve tried several times to speak to patient relations leaving several messages with no return calls. This Group has fancy mission statements that are a joke. I had to find medical provider to treat my cancer.

Hey folks, Summit has great Ent’s but if you’re looking to get an MRI, come on, if the guy can’t stick a needle in you, that’s a red flag to put your brakes on.

They are fast becoming a bunch of money grubbing, less than competent thieves. My primary couldn't even find large accumulate wax plugs in my ears and misdiagnosed me. Their billing department is awful. They tried to bill me $140 for my FREE Medicare annual wellness visit under some phony pretext. Steer clear. They only want your money.

My husband and I were in the parking lot of Dr. Christiano's office at 6:45 AM for his 7:00 AM appointment when they called to cancel. The appointment had been made weeks ago to find out the results of an imaging that might or might not suggest cancer. We arrived 15 minutes early as told. Our stomachs were in knots. I am furious! How can they call to cancel an appointment at the same time we were supposed to be there? I hope that after he gets the results, my husband finds another doctor! Our time is as valuable as his, and ... read more

First Summit Health has grown too big too fast. The front desk employees are rude, show little concern for patients (just want to collect the copay!) As you go to the exam room you pass a large group of kids that I can only guess future health care workers who are their to learn from the full time employees. Making jokes, eating, (Go Summit Health). As a patient you are led around not aware of what is next for me I was rudely told GO BACK AND HAVE A SEAT! The facility is dated along with the waiting room. I am in good he... read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Second time I waited 3 months for an appointment with different doctors. Both times appointment was confirmed, then cancelled the day of. When I called to rebook, another 3 month wait? This is how they get you to go the the new, or lesser doctors. By pawning you off on someone else. No thank you
