Won't fix anything. I'm sitting here with no heat because the furnace is not working and was told that it is not an emergency. Have had several problems with repairs. Do not rent from this company they are horrible.
I've lived in a house from this company for months and the kitchen water doesn't work and the bathtub doesnt drain which have been reported upon walk through on move in and have weekly requested repairs with nothing ever being done.
