I have had many appointments at this clinic, and I have referred many people to this clinic. I have always been treated extremely well by all the staff members, and the medical staff has consistently been able to treat my health issues in a timely and effective manner. Everyone I have referred to this clinic has always had nothing to say but positive comments about this location. Thank Heavens they are located in such a convenient Kingston Pike/Bearden location
if i could give less than 1 star i would , but only for the front desk worker . Could’ve been a great facility . The front desk worker was highly irritable with the SLIGHTEST requests & needs . She was very rude . Seemed we were in her way rather than ready to give us any service so we turned around and left . I do not recommend on tuesday nights during the 6-7 hour if that’s her shift . We truly feel the front reflects the back .
