Ander Para vivir con niños pequeños en plantas altas no es buena idea no lo recomiendo..los vecinos de plantas bajas se quejan mucho de que hacen ruidos por qué juegan por qué caminan por todo.
Horrible Environment This apartment complex is a complete nightmare. The pools have been green all year, the hallways are always filthy, and the outside grounds are constantly unkept. The front door to my building hasn’t had a handle in months, forcing residents to prop it open, which is a major security issue. Thomesa, the property manager, is rude and dismissive, especially when held accountable. On top of it all, there are mold-infested units that management refuses to take seriously.
Can you give less than 1 star? Black mold everywhere in apartment and halls. Water leaking on kitchen floor from the walls that they won’t fix and hallways floods. Took 6 months to get air conditioning fixed. Floors are cheap vinyl that tears so you’re guaranteed to lose deposit. They use a rotating temp team in the office so you’re dealing with new people on said issues all the time. The pictures are a joke Why Im looking like oh these are really nice and looked at the address…I noticed i lived here before with a roommate. Nothing like the pictures at all lol this is Grade A false advertisement. Roaches real bad there, the community washing a dryer do not work at all, but they charge for it to be use. The staff sits on their phone all day as if they could care less. The place is truly a hot mess sorry not sorry

Don't let the pictures fool you This is one of the worst apartment complexes in the area. They raise your rent without even notifying anyone. It says one assigned parking space in the description but that is not true. Other people Park here that don't live here and then you're the one that gets towed. I would not recommend this apartment complex. Mice are in the apartments as well as other bugs and you pay for Pest Control. No Wi-Fi air conditioning units are in the walls old school as well as the Heat. Office people who are... read more

Worst management in Nashville Lived at the Ellington for about a year and a half and can honestly say I’m so glad to be gone. Management changed twice, although that did nothing to improve the apartment. There were roaches on a consistent basis, the hallways always smelled like weed from the countless residents who smoke, and maintenance requests took forever to complete. Unacceptable This place is a disaster. We moved from Missouri and they assured us that they would have a unit ready when we got here. When we did arrive there were more issues with our unit that we have ever had ever with any apartment combined. There was standing water by the back door with water damage, the oven didn't work, there are mice and the kitchen smells like mouse urine, there are roaches, outlets in the kitchen didn't work, there was standing water under the hot water heater, the bedroom window leaks during rainy... read more
Lots of Issues. Don't move in here. Lion real estate has made some cosmetic changes but the management doesn't actually care about the residents. They've lost a package of mine in their office/mail room and shrugged at the fact that they didn't know where it was. They leave over a half hour early from the office, normally closing at 6 PM on weekdays. I've arrived multiple times at 5:30 to a closed building. worse place ever management is so horrible it took more than 2 months to fix my ceiling and fix my AC in this hot weather I felt like i was in a dessert . A lot of cucarachas and mices . Not leaving in this place anymore i don't recommended this place to leave.
