Do not go here. I was scheduled for a nerve conduction test, waited the 5 weeks for my appointment only to be told by them that my insurance (bcbs of Alabama) requires a neurologist to perform the test, which they do not have. I contacted my insurance company, who said that was not true and that another qualified provider could do so. Insurance company contacted the provider who then stated it was their policy to not bill nerve conduction tests to out of state insurances. This was very different than what Summit told me.
