Compassionate staff, always on time or ahead of schedule. Never had a bad experience here.
The staff were pleasant and incredibly helpful. My appointment was right on time, as well.
Cardiologist Kyle McCoy lied on my stress test report. He said I did not have chest pain and I told him and the nurse it was hurting when they sat me down. I never said I had lightheadedness. My report said I did. They told me not to eat or drink before my test, & he came in telling me this was a typical thing because I was probably hungry and dehydrated. I’ve had cousins die in their 30s from heart attacks. Not everyone that looks healthy is.
Very personable and professional. Accomplished testing in a timely manner while fully explaining the process. Friendly check-in. Highly recommend. Nothing negative about my experience.
The office staff was wonderful. Unfortunately that is where it ended. The Dr who did my nerve study was rude, arrogant and condescending. I have recently had knee surgery and in a wheelchair. I requested my husband accompany me and he very rudely said that was not possible. He then proceeded to say if I wanted to go somewhere else that I could. I asked him to please just get the test done so I could go on with my day. Will inform my doctor to not send others there.
