Everyone at Generations' goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. My dental visit is always much more of a pleasant meeting, rather than the old days of dental 'dread'. My husband and I really like Generations!
I love this office. Even though I haven't been in for 6 months and everyone still knew my name which makes me feel valued as a client. The people are genuinely nice and treat me more than just a client.
I had an emergency and the doctor on call called me back very quickly and was very helpful. They also told me if I needed anything else to call them. Also, I was able to be seen on Monday when the office opened to get immediate attention. The dentist at Generation are very caring and treat you as a person and not just another client. Also, the ladies are the reception desk are always friendly and willing to help.
Dental assistant Savannah Brown did an excellent job in being %100 professional even knowing on a personal level, and made sure I had a very comfortable experience. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend Generations Dental to anyone.
Front end staff is always cheerful and friendly. Rebecca the hygienist is awesome!
One of my visits I saw Dr. Smith. She did not take into account my history of being allergic to tetracycline. I got very sick and was in a lot of pain. I called her like she told me and argued with me that it was in the pain medication. The pharmacist told me it was the antibiotic as docecycline was a derivative of tetracycline. She would not listen and would not order an alternative pain med. I believe after that I came back for a cleaning. Rebecca was wonderful. Very friendly and patient. Left without teeth hurting and very little bleeding! A FIRST!
