As usual, everyone is very pleasant and professional. I can never say enough about Dr. Stetsik (I know I am misspelling his name) who is the best dentist I ever had (and I'm old with a ton of dental work!). My only regret is not finding him sooner. And he shared a priceless clip of Sophie jumping and falling asleep.... needless to say, she's the source of my inner smiles. I have so much gratitude for Generations Dental.
I always get to my appointments at least 10 minutes early and for you to be 20 minutes late is not right and I feel there is no reason for it. I have been a 30 year + customer and thinking maybe time to check around to see what else is out there. I am a professional and my time is as important as yours and there is no excuse for being late.
Gay receives the highest ratings as an informed, patient-sensitive hygienist. I always feel comfortable at your office and with her. No suggestions at this time.
This was my first time at a dentist. Every staff member I met was amazingly nice and willing to help me figure everything out. The dental hygienist was kind and walked me through every step of what she was doing. I only wish that I knew if I had any cavities. I have another appointment coming up in two weeks where I am certain I will learn every facet of my dental situation.

TAll the staff are very friendly and helpful. I can't rate the dental care yet but I appreciate all the office did to get me in ASAP considering I am new to your office, my dental situation and my schedule! I was impressed with how clean and comfortable the office is. It is a nice touch, too that you offer beverages.
As always the staff was friendly,professional and pleasant. I had a temporary fill in hygenist which I felt stressed about but she was amazing, friendly, professional and put me at ease.
Yvonne is the best hygienist I have ever had. She does such a thorough job cleaning my teeth. Top notch!!
I appreciaed that my questions and concerns were addressed and that recommendations were made regarding further needed dental care - even a call made to set up a dental surgeon consultation.
