chipped a tooth this weekend and was pleased to get an appointment on Monday. I had questions that the answering service could not answer. For example how do I preserve my tooth until I see the dentist. the respose was if it is an emergency we will page the doctor. We offer emergency care 24/7 through our answering service. Although they are not dentists and therefore can not give you dental advice, you are always welcomed to have a dentist paged to call you if it is after hours and you would like to talk to someone about your emergency. We are glad that Dr. Hochberg and Trinity were able to help you out.
Dr. Binder always explains what he is doing, what he is looking for and what the results are. Excellent communication with his patients (at least this one).

I would like to see some sort of hearing protection offered because of the high pitched, almost painful noise of the cleaning tool. Also, I loved how the hygienist took the time to warm up the water for me, since the water stream was cool and hurting my teeth, she was so patient and kind.
Gay is an outstanding professional - the very best!! (P.S. have you given her a raise lately? - she is invaluable)
As always was greeted with smiles. They all let you feel like part of a big family.
