Prior visits regarding fitting for a "flipper" were not as good. I don't think I was given enough information about the pros and cons of getting the device pending an implant--given my particular situation (with little to anchor the device). At the first fitting, it should have been clear that there was so little occlusion as to preclude effective chewing. Then, substantial delay with ordering of new device. Yvonne was my dental technician and she was so gentle and patient. Made me feel reallly comfortable.
I had Gay, and she was absolutely perfect, caring and gentle and advised you of all the things that she was doing.
It's always a great experience at Generations Dental Care!
I'm a professional musician and HATE being subjected to someone's else's musical taste/choices. Since when did silence become anathema to dental care? Next time I'll bring my own music. Otherwise Gay was great and fast and to the point.
