The visit was wonderful. I do not recall names but everyone was very professional
Gayle was excellent. She is always very considerate and makes you feel as if you are very important. You always feel like she wants the best for you and if you can't afford something she tries to figure out a plan so that you can get the best services.
I didn't care for the temp. Got water all over me.

I had to return for an extra appointment, an hour of my work time plus time driving time and gas, because of a screw-up on your end of my dental care. I would appreciate receiving some kind of remuneration, credit is fine, for having to take more time off from my work. $1700+ is a lot of money, I'm sure you'll agree.
