This place is horrible don’t count on them for an extraction they will have you believing your getting scheduled and your waiting entire time in pain and discomfort and not being scheduled but they think they come before the patient
I honestly cannot recommend this dental clinic. My experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional from start to finish. The doctor got my measurements wrong not once, but TWICE. For a dental professional, making the same mistake twice is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of attention to detail. WORST DENTIST OFFICE IN ERIE PA… UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE!!! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND… 0 Stars….
Although it can be kinda tricky to get in contact with the office the care they provide is amazing! I had to have extractions and I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Dangl and Rick! Dr. Dangl is so thorough, gentle, and very kind. He calmed my nerves almost instantly. 10/10. From the front desk to the back of the house so to speak everyone was so kind. Going to the dentist can be stressful but with a great team like that it makes all the difference. Thanks again to all 🫶🏼
The lack of communication between office staff and patients is the worst I have ever seen in my life. It is basically nonexistent. You call and call and it goes to a voicemail that is not set up or rings a couple times and you’re sent to voicemail that is magically set up. I have no idea how that’s possible but it is. You leave a voicemail and don’t get a call back. Sometimes if you’re lucky a text is answered…but you gotta be really lucky that day.
