Since the new management took over this place has gotten worse. At least they have security there but they don’t like fixing anything. We had our garage broken into and still after a year it never was fixed. We had paint pealing off the walls showing the metal, it took them six months to fix it but with the wrong paint. Never bothered to repaint. We had to get a new front door and the maintenance team did a rush horrible job. The tub needed fresh caulking and they didn’t to that correctly. Be careful to live here. If ur a minority and have kids, security will harass u. Tenants start fights with other parents/tenants and the office blames the innocent party.

BY GETTING AMANAGER THAT IS CONCERNED ABOUT STOPPING THE CONSTANT DISTURBANCES CONCERNING NOISE NOISE NOISE NOISE. THE SECURITY IS A JOKE, THEY EITHER DON'T COME OUT OR THEIR MAILBOX IS FULL SO THERE SI NO WAY TO REACH THEM. EVEN THE PHONE NUMBER GIVEN IN THE APT VOICEMAIL IS DISCONNECTED. I CALL THE MANAGER NUMEROUS TIMES BUT SHE WON'T DO ANYTHING TO STOP THE CAR RADIO NOISE OR THE TEENAGERS JUMPING ON ROOFTOPS AND VANDALIZING BUILDINGS. WHAT A LOVELY PLACE TO LIVE!

I'm very grateful to be in this studio, in E320, with a mountain view. I have 1 leg and the tub is equipped with a hand-bar, for easy & safe exit from tub. I moved here from Shannon Glenn Apartments, a real hell-hole. My next door neighbors are very anti-social but everyone is quiet at night. I do have a crush on the office worker, Sabrina, she so helpful & hot.
