I'd give them zero stars if I could. Summit "Care and Wellness" is a complete, total joke. Most people find this place from inside prison, where Don Williams goes to recruit inmates to live in a old, decrepit, victorian house with 13 other guys, who all use and/or drink, and pay $485 a month to do it. There is no supervision whatsoever with these people. When I lived there, other residents would go out to the driveway to smoke bad stuff and drink.
