1 1/2 months have passed since I moved out. I have emailed three times and called twice to check on my security deposit status. They said it was sent out on January 13th.. but I haven't received anything. Not even a ritten notice or anything. My emails have ALL been ignored. This place is a JOKE. Don't bother.
I received my deposit summary about two months ago and right away I noticed they charged me for Mays rent even though my lease ended April 30. I made them aware and someone from their office told me I should be expecting another deposit summary. Well a month later and still nothing. This place was a biohazard but so many good memories here. I moved to Tallahassee for this evil wench who catfished me, I was disappointed but I immediately made 12 friends who lived here and we partied it up all summer!! Booze, ludes, speed, weed, opes, nitrous, weird x pills I passed on cause they looked fake and nearly killed everybody (lucky me) and girls in bikinis!!
