I have nothing but great things to say about The Summit! I had a wonderful experience while I lived there. The office staff was very knowledgeable and always helpful. They always made me feel like I was their #1 priority. The apartments are very nice and I never had any problems with them. The are up to date and very well taken care of. They will take advantage of your college student's naivety and it will cost you money. Make sure to read the lease word for word before you sign. They will NEVER return a phone call so don't waste your time. Even after making a visit down there, still not a return call as promised. The office staff has huge turn over and no one can speak for anything done prior to them being there. Terrible experience...BEWARE!
