RecommendedWonderful clean place. Great management
Complex will not refund my daughters full Security deposit even though there were NO damages. They are charging $100 to clean carpet(normal wear and tear)out of deposit. Security deposits are only for damages. Washers do NOT clean clothes at all! Office turn over is high... beware.
The manager and staff are great! Response time for any concerns are address within minutes. No better place.
These apartments(tenants) have totally ruined our walking experience at Jaycee Park. The park is now used by the tenants dogs for their potty place and several dogs are not on leash.
Dealing with Jordan has been a pleasure. She has been very helpful.
I rent a home with Trafalgar Homes and they are GREAT! No matter what is going on, they are prompt and get it done! Matt was at my house recently to work on my kitchen, and he did a SUPER job! I didn't have to worry about a thing. He is VERY knowledgeable and professional..I will stick with Trafalgar for all my needs!
Love my apt and the staff! Great park views and clean laundry rooms!
