Don't rent there everything is old, they never fix things and mold is in the apartment we rented, all they did was paint over it. And don't expect to get a deposit back.
Great complex to live at quiet and close to a lot of local spots. Since covid things have been hectic , but the work orders I have put in over the phone and attached to my rent all have been attended to in a timely manner and I get a call or notice to let me know when maintence is coming. Also I get a copy of my rent receipt on my door every month so I don’t have to wear my mask and stop by the office which is convient because I forget. All in all good complex , good neighbors && close to the park.
