I have been here since 2020 since this management company took over. I has been wonderful. Recently my garbage disposal went out. I sent a request to fix that night. And in the morning the maintenance man calls asks nicely to set a time to fix. Less than half a day of the request. Disposal was fixed. Thank you Tula, Teressa and all the office ladies for being so understanding caring. Best apartment management I ever heard of.
The convenient location of these apartments is a huge plus. The new property owner and managers have made this place even better than it was before. They are constantly remodeling units when other tenants move out which makes this a great place to live.
I love this place! Cheap rent, all the amenities are so nice and the management team is great. They are awesome with getting back to me quick and the neighbors are kind. Looking forward to making my apartment a home.
What a classy apartment building that is always growing and changing with the times. They are always getting updated and under great management!
