Initially I was thrilled from my experience with this process. The sales team and funding/financial representation was impressive. Naturally, with a new build you expect things to not be perfect. Rightfully so, as a new home owner you expect the follow-up and attention to detail to be that of the money spent on such an important and rather large purchase.
