Renovated apartments My sister lived at Summerville Station for a few years back in 2010. I think it was purchased by new management then and they seemed to revitalize the place. She had a new kitchen and new flooring. I liked the location and loved visiting her when I had a few days off from work. Pool was nice, staff seemed ok. Don't have any complaints about maintenance.
Good service and location I moved into Summerville Station about 2 months ago. Move in went smooth. Had a minor issue with a door hinge when I arrived at my apartment, but they sent a repairman the next day to fix it. I like the location of my building and overall I am satisfied with the customer service. I would recommend.
new tenant Summerville Station has been revived. Absolutely beautiful. Proud to call this home. This property has been completely redone.The apartments are fabulous with new kitchens and bathrooms. Best kept secret in town.
I went to visit the property last week and I couldn't believe the difference from a year ago. I then found out that the property was purchased and under new management. The difference is day to night from the landscaping and grounds, and the newly renovated models were gorgeous. The club house was still under construction but looked like it is going to be a winner. I am going to be proud to call this my new home.
This place changes management a lot
Keep driving Churchill Commons is a nasty place to live. More than 50 % of the residents are on drugs and don t care. Cars and trucks in the parking lots with flat tires expired tags and management don t do a thing about it. Police are called out almost daily to this place for something. If you have a choice don t consider Churchill Commons on Old Trolly rd in Summerville, especially if you have children. The things I see going on here is no place for kids..

NASTY2011 – As for the rating I had to put something! However, it is WAY BELOW even a ONE STAR..... This is the worst place that I have ever lived in.... from sewage backups in apartments with out the carpets being cleaned or changed to mold in the apartments... LIARS IN THE OFFICE!!!! Wall paper painted over along with hair and what ever else finds it's way in corners or on the walls. Stains on carpet... unfinished trim thru out the entire apartment... Very old and unkept.... Exceptional quality of life (NOT) – Wow, where do I begin. Churchill used to be an ok place until the new management team took over. The assistant manager is one of the nastiest people, that will smile in your face when you bring your rent to the office and call the police on you because your outside in the parking lot talking to loud.
