Do not reccommend this Doctor's Office – I recently moved to the summerville area from west ashley. It is a 30 minute drive to Coastal pediatrics in west ashley, where my son used to go, so we decided to find another doctor in the area. The first time we went to Summerville Peds we waited in the waiting room for 2 hours. They said they forgot about us. Then we waited in the room for 30 minutes. My baby needs a new Dr! – I have been using this place for a year and telling myself it's going to get better, but I have had it! Working in the medical field myself it baffles me how you can enter a job working with children and yet manage to be the least friendly staff I have ever met. They are unhelpful and on occasion just plain rude. I needed copies of something from the records of my son. The MA was just plain rude and certainly talking down to me. Avoid!!! – This was the wort clinic Ive been in. I simply went to "meet the new dr" for my son. There was one old very dirty toy. No one told me that I should wait in the non sick waiting room. I waited 1 hour and no one came into the exam room. the exam room was old, filthy, and contained stained old furniture. I left before I evn saw the dr. I was told they were short staffed. I felt as though I was in a 3dr world country.
