I must admit since under new ownership the only thing tht has happened is the apartment complex have gone down maintenance wise but somehow the rent seemed to skyrocket. They're so busy trying to increase the rent and the residents have nothing to show for it. It used to be a joy living here, but lately its been more of a nuisance. This is honestly very frustrating. I am being told to come to the office to apply after applying online and then I am being told not to and that in office visits are not allowed. I have received back and forth emails like this. One response seems automated and like a robot and the other one seems like an actual person.
I love this app because it show me where I live 😄
