Dr Jones is great but his front staff is AWFUL. I called to get a refill for my child and obnoxious woman that answered the phone attempted to put the blame on me as to why my son hadn't had a return appointment since March. Well my son had refills every month that I had to go in and pick up. I asked her how is this my fault he hadn't been scheduled an appointment?
