Our experience working with Christopher Goof and his team at Crescent has been one of the most painful business experiences I've had in my 30 plus year career. Two years in to the investment and the only one making money is the big boys at Crescent. LP's haven't seen a dime of their investment in two years but these guys keep paying themselves fees although the investment isn't producing a dime to the investors. Clearly, John Goff should look at implementing a nepotism policy at his company.
