Good experience overall. Water Heater replacement went well except that I wanted a power anode rod installed in the new heater. The plumber ignored my request and when I saw that he didn't fulfill my requirement, he said that it didn't fit. The anode rod was specifically made for the Bradford White model replacement.
Jake arrived right on time. He was very respectful, communicative, polite, thoughtful,...the list goes on and on. He kept me updated throughout the process and explained in easy-to-understand language what the situation is. I felt very comfortable having him in my home. I home he is assigned to us in the future.
