We have had a Summers annual subscription for the past 5+ years and it has been such a worthwhile investment. All of the techs are friendly, knowledgible and spend quality time with the seasonal checks. We've had to occassionally have other services come out, and they are speedy. They have been very honest with what's going on, dig into possible problems, but we've never felt like they've tried to "upsell" us on products, but rather have even shown us some simple DIY maintenance we can do that saves us money. I called Summers for a quote on a part for my water heater and to bring it up to code. No fault of theirs, but another vendor installed my new water heater. The initial contact from beginning to end was professional. That said, they came out the very next day for a “quote”. However, because their pricing is reasonable and the technician was available to do the work, they finished the job. I am now compliant, and my water heater is up to code. Kyle went above and beyond for us today! Took care of our immediate AC issue and very pleasantly said he would handle a couple of add ons that my husband brought to his attention. Employees like Kyle are exactly what keep us so satisfied with Summers for all of our heating, cooling and plumbing concerns.
