We had a terrible experience after using Summerlin Hospital. Our child was born here nearly two years ago - and that part went fine. And we have great insurance so we figured no problem... but the business office here is so unprofessional and so unhelpful that we’re still dealing with bills (because they refuse to call the insurance company). It’s as crazy as it is terrible. Avoid this place at all costs.

The pediatric ER and pediatric floor was phenomenal with my daughter! They were kind and gentle. Thank you to the nurses for their patience and kind consideration.

Staff seems very nice and Professional.
I was just in the hospital last week. Thursday 20 2020 - Sunday 22 2020 . I had Cervical spinal surgery with a fusion done on c4&5. To me that’s a pretty major surgery and everything was going great. I had to check in at the day surgery part of the hospital not a problem the staff was very professional. Got called back and prep for surgery every nurse was great and professional.
