Ms. Emrick I am having difficulties following your accounts on all 3 reviews you have placed on Facebook and Google. You originally stated just suture removal with “a full breakdown of your results” and you asked to waive your co-pay, and we did. When you continued to address additional conditions and concerns your visit became an “extended visit” that’s why it merit a copay. It was my second visit at summerlin dermatology yesterday, dr. Aspacio is really nice and was able to explain and help me with all my skin concerns, all Staff r very friendly, i luv this place, and will definitely go back here all the time�thank u so much guys! This place is highly recommended
I just called to make an appointment for my daughter as she was having skin issues and myself as I wanted a consultation on preventative measures knowing that I would pay for out of pocket for myself... they did not want to even book an appointment without my insurance card. I even offered to bring it when I come in for mine as my daughter would be in January and they refused... your office just lost out on 2 patients and you just received a negative review.

From the first time I walked in, I was greeted in a very welcomed manner, was seen on time, and impressed with the nurse practitioner Osaka Suzuki. The facility was extremely clean and all staff were very pleasant. Will definitely recommend your facility!
The caring and talented Dr. and staff especially Trish Hoffman...honest..kind..just over all the best experience I have ever had at a medical office..just gave the card and high recommendation to a friend today.
