Summerlin is a very well designed master-planned community. It is comprised of over 22,000 acres developed as villages (22 of 31 current exist or are being built). Over 150 miles of trails inter-connect and the tree-lined streets foster a sense of community. There are about two dozed major parks in Summerlin, and most developments feature small pocket parks, of which there are over 100.
