My wife and I have lived in Summerlin for 15 years. The combination of neighborhoods, services, access to retail and restaurants along with the open spaces are why we continue to call Summerlin home. It is a truly a splendid place to live, work and play!
Where else would you want to live than Summerlin other than Lake Las Vegas?
The place I call home and love.
Is one of the best areas in Las Vegas to live. Once you live in this area very rarely you go to strip. We have everything, the Parks are very nice, the neighborhoods are well spread out and Definetly a place you can call home. The closer you get to the mountains in Red Rock the beauty is breath taking. Red Rock Casino and Downtown Summerlin has been a great addition to this area.
Yay. Nice folks live in the southwest. 🙌🏼 Summerlin is very clean and great entertainment & dining.
Nice landscaping. Other than that...Summerlin was nice cookie-cutter, beginner’s community to get used to the desert (8 years) while I looked around for a better value with no HOA. The people are self-absorbed. There is no real lake like Lake Las Vegas to row or play on. The River Mountains bike path is on the opposite side as well. Comparison shop. I say use your head; the name recognition was definitely not worth the $100k premium and HOA fees to me. Give me Section 10, Rancho, or Henderson any day over Summerlin.
