Maintenance on this place is hard to get. You can call and put in a “work order” and things will hardly ever get fixed. I have lived here for the past 2/3 years now and nothing has really changed except for a new landlord. She seems a little bit more organized, not much experience but seems helpful at times or when she feels like it. Also, you will get warning notices on your vehicle if you back in once in a while. I have gotten 2 in the past 8/9 months but other vehicles that constantly “back in” do not get a *warning notic... read more
