As long as you are making your rent on time, they will be great. maintainence is fast, most of the time on the same day. people are nice. mainly college students.

This place is horrible! My apartment was so close to the tracks that the whole building would shake! you can hear everything through the walls! When we moved out my roommates totally cleaned the place but we didnt get a cent of our deposit back. They charged us for cleaning. Our balance somehow came exactly to Zero. Its just like living in the dorms.
No Laundry hook ups or facility close by, right next to the train tracks and hospital which keeps me up all night. To far from campus to walk. They treat college students like kids. My place wasnt clean when I check in and after hours of cleaning I was charged for cleaning when I moved out. What a joke, these guys are just out to rip students off.
This place is horrible to live in. There is always trash outside and we suppose to have parking permits. Are you kidding me I pay to live here. I dont want to put a thing in my window saying you cant tow my car. If you hated living in the dorms you will hate living here. My guests have to park out in the street. This place is retarded.
I was very disappointed with this place. its very nice and they do get things fix asap. But I would not recommend this place if you are a light sleeper. The trains are really loud you can feel the vibrations. The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations all around you. I lived on the top floor in the corner. The people from below can be heard talking and beside. The apartment only has cable in the living room. the lights are two feet in the room. there are many little inconvinces, these apartments were cheaply built.... read more
