Currently staying here, nice clean condos. Great location. However, there are plenty of rude twenty-somethings yelling obscene things on the beach and back and forth to the rest of their group on a condo balcony. When telling the front desk, they pretty much said, "if it's happening on the beach there's nothing they can do about it". I wouldn't stay here again due to the lack of action to keep the place family friendly.
Summerchase is the best condominium to visit in Orange Beach! The amenities and unforgettable architecture make it much loved for over 30 years! I absolutely adore it's amenities, staff, location, and each unit at Summerchase is so much fun to stay at! Love it!
I wouldn't rent from Mary Alice Orr ever again. It was a horrible experience. If things go wrong in your condo she will not assist you.
