4yr resident one of the few Family friendly apartments in auburn. We have 2 kids and they loved it here as much as we did it is huge for the price so kids had plenty of room to play inside, outside, patio and on hot days we would walk to the pool. My daughter attended Richland elementary school for two years, its just mins away and was a great school!!! The apartments are clean and we'll kept inside and out. Great Apartments Great Apartment complex. Seem to be kept up nice on the outside. The lady in the office was very nice and helpful too.
