Would not recommend moving into this building, very dirty , dog poop everywhere, building is literally deteriorating, broke lease to leave , not worth living there anymore. Unit had weird smell even after multiple cleans, the complex basically feels like a Hotel/Motel.
BEWARE! DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS BUILDING! Recently, there has been no adherence to the rules. Neighbors constantly make NOISE, with JUMPING and RUNNING inside their apartments causing my apartment lights and furniture to shake, even after 11 PM. The management pretends to do something but actually does nothing about it. Emails sent to the managers and administration are completely ignored. Lived here for over a year. Rent was raised an extra $150 to an already absurd amount for what little is offered. Homeless people get through the gate all the time, there was a bee problem at one point. I’ve had clothes stolen out of the laundry room, packages stolen from my front door, and of course the lack of a dishwasher and central AC for the price they charge is ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and find another apartment.
