Place is going down hill. Theres so many units with 8 plus adults living in a small 2 bedroom with 6+ cars in the carport or blocking the street. Working on cars all hours of the night, revving engines, idling with all the smoke from their trucks coming into my unit. Speeding and blasting music. Rules being broken on lease and they dont get in trouble. Leaving as soon as lease is up. P00l has been closed since last summer. They say no money to fix.They started painting 2 years ago but only got a few done and then said they ran out of money again. The whole complex is running down. Can't wait for the lease to be over so we can move.
Increíble el tipo de personas viven acá, 5.30 am del Domingo y quieres dormir pero no puedes porque a alguien se le antoja escuchar su música de porquería a todo volumen. Y esto ocurre todos los fines de semana, gente borracha hasta la madrugada molestando con su música y gritando. Cuanto los días para poderme largar de acá.
I love living here is a great place for families and Joanna is the sweetest proper, property manager we love her!!!
Lived here for 2 and half years. Roaches everywhere they had to come in and constantly spray. There was a water leak behind the wall maintenance never fixed and when I moved out they charged me an absurd amount on the move out because they fixed it after I moved out. Glad to be away from there someone was shot and killed right outside my duplex I could go on forever but all I can say is don't make this your first choice.
