I resevered Handicap accessible room, called two days before reservation to confirm. Per voice conversation our room would be HC. On arrival and check in, our room was for a second floor room the size of a bathroom. The manager was very rude to my husband and myself. We found 3 bugs and a roach in the room we were than given, labeled as an apartment. Moldings off counter top and tables. Dishes left in the dish washer.
