RecommendedMoved in a few weeks ago and it's very nice! Beth, Nicolette, Jimmy, etc have been very helpful with the application, move in and settling in process. Very nice folks and the Apt is comfortable, quiet, with great location and friendly neighbors!

I moved in last year and have decided to stay atleast another year, rent prices are reasonable for this area and we love living here. My family enjoys the pool and play area very much. The office staff is very kind and maintenance is fast within reasonable time on work orders. Overall we have enjoyed our experience living here.

I have lived here for a little under a year and it's been one of the best apartments I have lived in! I needed to get in quick and the partnership between the office staff and the maintenance team to make that happen was great! The amenities that are offered are great too! Its quiet and cozy and the newly renovated units are gorgeous! I would definitely reccomend this as a place to call home!
I have lived here since June. Love my apartment, rent is reasonable. My kids love the pool and play area.
I have lived at Summer Place on Wynterhall Rd SE for 12 years. The maintenance team does a great job in fixing whatever has broken in a timely fashion. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool and workout room are very nice. Summer Place is centrally located to Jones Valley, and hospitals are just under 9 miles away.
I have lived here for 5 years and the only complaint is a few bad neighbors and limited parking spaces. The office staff is pretty good but they have changed over the years, always for the better and maintenance always fixes any problems within a week or less. I will say I have lived in Apartments all over the country and this is the best complex I have lived in.
We were treated with such professionalism and the room was very nice. The only disappointed was that the frig was not a true frig but a bar cooler and if we wanted to use it, we needed to pay for it. But, everything else was great. Thank you Westin!!!
