Everything was wonderful.
My husband and I had a great experience living at Summer Place! Maintenance issues were taken care of quickly, and the location was perfect! The office staff was so friendly with us and so accommodating to us when moving out. We only left because we are saving for a house and moved in with our parents.
I really enjoyed living here! The rent was reasonable, the apartments were fairly quiet, and maintenance was quick to respond to any issues. I’d gladly live here again if I’m ever back in the area!
Through all the ups and downs, shortfalls and emotional days and nights, when here 5 years later as my 1 hour allowed with my daughter a week we drive by and she says “Awwww, I miss the apartments and the Pool, remember Brian mom?!” More to live than . . . Drama. Thank you Summer place for existing as for me and my daughter, our memories are totally Priceless. Good or Bad, Good will always out-way the bad and you can never get time back. Make the most of it, do your best and the rest is history.
The property manager is a very rude person. Have friends living at summer place that hate it when they have to deal with her.
I'd rather have been homeless than lived at this hellhole of a complex. What a dump!
I think this is a very nice place to live maintance is always on time and most of the people who live here seem very nice. I moved here over 2 years ago and haven't ever had any problems at all. Over all its a great community and nice place to live.Thumbs up Summer Place Apartments. Your doing a great job.
Let me start by saying that Fernando, the maintenance man is one of the kindest hard working people I know. He will do his best to help you in anyway he can. He goes above and beyond to take care of problems. I often see him picking up trash or going the extra mile. The community is a pretty quiet nice place to live. Everything runs on electricity here.
