Good nitrogen coffee
I ordered a latte with oat milk and it tasted like overly sweet flowers but nothing like coffee. To be clear, I’ve had a professional espresso machine at home (La Cimbali) for over 20 years, and know how to use it. This place isn’t exactly unique in selling sugary desert drinks that are as far from a quality coffee experience as can be, in fact there’s nothing special about Summer Moon at all.
