Great place to call home !
I’ve really enjoyed living at City North! The grounds are always kept clean, the office staff have always been welcoming and professional and the maintenance staff have always taken care of my work orders in a timely manner. It’s been a very pleasant experience staying here with my son and being a single mother I feel very safe here. I would highly recommend City North to anyone looking for a quiet and affordable place to call home.
I wouldnt recomend them to no one and heres why. They wont allow a caged rabbit but allow cats and dogs which tear up more stuff. And then if you have a criminal back ground thats less then 20 yrs old they will not accept you i think its bull crap cause for one our punsishment was all the years we had to put up with the crapy prison system my charge is 17 yrs ago and i was 15 when i got in trouble i dont agree with them. So i dont recommend city north to anyone
