This is the pinnacle of 1-bed apartment living. I've never lived in a better complex, and am sad to have to leave. Price is reasonable, neighbors are respectful and quiet, amenities are great, plus it goes month-to-month rent without a price increase after 6 months -- huge plus for this!!! I initially thought the school would be a problem, but it turned out to be just fine. I've only lived here for 8 or 9 months, but would highly recommend it to anyone in Brazoria county. This is by far the nicest well run apartment in the Angleton, Lake Jackson area! We retired her 4 years ago and have loved every moment! This complex 5 years old and has everything! The manager is the most compassionate person I’ve eve met! She goes out of her way to have special events for residents and makes sure we all get to know one another! Our gates work!!!!! I’m very very picky and have to feel comfortable in my home! I brought my Chandelier from PA , it’s like a real cozy home! We are currently waiting to move into ... read more
