This is the pinnacle of 1-bed apartment living. I've never lived in a better complex, and am sad to have to leave. Price is reasonable, neighbors are respectful and quiet, amenities are great, plus it goes month-to-month rent without a price increase after 6 months -- huge plus for this!!! I initially thought the school would be a problem, but it turned out to be just fine. I've only lived here for 8 or 9 months, but would highly recommend it to anyone in Brazoria county.
