Toured this lovely community recently, and really enjoyed my experience with, Taylor. She was kind, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable about not only the property, but the entire surrounding area. After touring so many communities, I think this is the place I’ll choose in the near future!

I first visited Summerhouse Apartments in November 2025 and was welcomed by Sonya and Andrea that were under the original management BMI, who were kind, patient, and made the application process easy. I was approved within 48 hours and moved in February 2026. When I moved in, there was a management transition, (Pegasus) managed by Ms. Emma there were definitely some growing pains, and not every interaction was pleasant with her. I recently toured Summer House and had an absolutely wonderful experience thanks to Taylor, the Property Manager, and Jeffrey, the Maintenance Manager. From the moment I arrived, both Taylor and Jeffrey were incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the community. From the moment I arrived, Taylor was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring.
