I couldn't ask for a better affordable, semi updated apartment. It is a great location to grocery store, Walgreens and plenty of good eating spots. The new Management is Awesome. Tania is very professional, knowledgeable and polite. She really takes her time with people to make sure they understand their lease and any questions or concerns you may have. DO NOT LIVE HERE. after our whole time living here our parking and visitor parking was free. Now as of November 10th you have to register to park and that's fine. Whatever, I've had other apartments who have to register visitors and it's no big deal. HOWEVER visitor parking requires a $5 fee PER VEHICLE FOR A DAY OF PARKING. how evil and slimy it is of this company to squeeze the residents and their friends and guests for every penny they can when the rent is already WAY too high for what the apartments are. I feel lucky every day that I found this apartment. The recent change of management is a huge improvement of communication and professionalism and I'm very impressed by Tania's efforts to grow our community here. My apartment is a one bedroom, and quite spacious. I love the layout. I even have two big closets in my bedroom! I love my porch too.
