Summer Grove truly stands out. Tania is professional, welcoming, and communicates clearly, and Danielle ensures everything is well-maintained and runs smoothly. The community feels well cared for and managed—definitely a great place to live.
Updating my previous review: My move-in experience started off a bit rocky due to a few maintenance issues, but I’m happy to share that management was responsive and worked to resolve everything before my move-in date. After connecting with the team and doing a walkthrough, all of the concerns I noted were addressed, including the paint and other items in the unit. First off, Summer Grove is an amazing spot to live at. Living here has been a breath of fresh air compared to the rest of the apartments in Austin. Maintenance is punctual with work orders, and very polite. The leasing office has been amazing. Very communicative about repairs happening on property, and with anything pertaining to your own apartment. The property is well kept and I've run into no issues. I recommend living at Summer Grove. 10/10
I recently moved in and, unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing from day one. There were multiple maintenance issues that should have been addressed before move-in. For example, the bathroom mirror is visibly crooked, along with other unfinished details that were noticeable even during my initial tour.
