Replaced an ac and furnace. Vacant apartment
We have lived here for three years and all of sudden got a notice to vacate for no reason. We have paid our rent on time for the past three years given there is no grace period and it needs to be paid at 5:00 on the first. You would think with all the money she is taking in she would be able to at least give us a grace period. Our outlets do not work in the bathrooms and I have told them multiple times it doesn’t.
