Less than a month with the company, I received a bill for 5 days of service, they charged a late fee because I wasn't able to set up an account due to them giving me a default account password without any notification. They also charge you a 3.99 payment fee to pay your bill online, regardless if you use a credit card or bank account. The only way to wave that 3.99 is if you sign up for autopay. The WORST company, my bills have been $400 plus and they couldn't explain why the bills have been that high. I was with Discount Power before - going back to them! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They are now called AM Trust
Trying to collect money once my account closed months later after they sold.
I’ve been with no power for 4 days they have not been able to fix the problem. All I get from them is “we send the report”
